Licitar moulds are the most precious utensils that the producers of mead and gingerbread possess. They are hand-made from copper. With their unique shape, they bring soul to the sweet dough used for the production of the well-known licitars. Therefore, their owners jealously keep them within the family over generations.

Use the ingredients to make the dough. Leave it for one hour and then
reknead it and roll it out on the table
with a rolling pin. Shape licitars with licitar moulds and place them in a
metal pan previously greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Place licitars
in a preheated oven and bake them for several minutes at 300 degrees. After
baking them, remove the remaining flour and leave them for several days to
dry.
